As a butcher-led operation it centres on lean meat, prepared meals and protein-heavy bundles, making it a natural fit for training days, bulking phases or anyone simply prioritising protein. The biggest practical advantage is the lack of a subscription — you order when you want, in the quantities you want, which suits irregular schedules far better than a rigid weekly box. Halal options are available, broadening its appeal, and there's a clear lean toward carnivore and animal-based eating, so plant-based shoppers should look elsewhere. The caveats are cost-related: at £6.95 a meal it sits at the premium end, and a £3.50 delivery fee adds to each order, so it pays to buy in larger bundles to spread that charge. Macros aside, this is a service that knows its audience and delivers protein efficiently rather than pretending to be all things to all diets. If your goal is muscle gain or you simply struggle to hit protein targets, the format and numbers make sense. Casual eaters after variety or vegetable-forward meals, however, won't find much here. Pair it with your own carbs and greens and it works as a reliable protein engine for serious trainers.
